Scientific developmental program

Professor Clément Gosselin is the first recipient of the new developmental program to give a boost to the coming generation of scientists.  This program was born of a partnership between the Council of Engineering and Scientific Society Executives (CESSE), the Québec City Convention Centre and l'Université Laval.
